The Girona Básquet senior will play the first final in its history tomorrow, Saturday. The team coached by Quim Costa will face Torrons Vicens CB L’Hospitalet at Els Saioners de Santa Coloma de Farners pavilion, with the title of the Catalan League LEB Plata at stake (6.30 p.m.).

The Girona team, still undefeated in the pre-season (2-0), got their ticket this Wednesday, after clearly beating CB Vic – Universitat de Vic in the semi-final (60-96). He did it with a great team effort and seven players scoring eight or more points. For its part, CB L’Hospitalet, qualified directly for the final, arrives at the meeting after having stood up – despite losing – in two friendlies against LEB Or rivals, Iberojet Palma (67-78 ) and CB Prat (79-65). The Barcelona team, managed this year by José Manuel Hoya, maintains the skeleton of last season and has incorporated pieces such as Joan Creus, Albert Homs (Martorell, LEB Plata) or Toni Gómez (El Masnou Basketball, EBA).
