Defeat of the Infantil B
<\/strong> The Infantil B lost by a close score of 48-49 in a match marked by the low percentage of success of both teams and in which CEB Marc Gasol was behind on the scoreboard for almost the entire match. The Girona side managed to get ahead in the last period, but in a close finish the visitors took the victory from Montfalgars. Alex Adsuar and Lloren\u00e7 Costa could not play any minutes due to injury.<\/p>\n

Infantil A suffers two defeats
<\/strong> The Girona team lost a closely contested match against Santfeliuenc Vermell in which neither team achieved a large advantage on the scoreboard. Infantil A saw the visitors get on top in the final minutes. In a very tight end, the locals had a shot to take the win or force extra time but they were not successful.<\/p>\n

Infantil A also fell on Sunday by 68-54 in their visit to Catalana Occident Manresa. A match in which almost every minute they were behind on the scoreboard and the locals widened the difference on the scoreboard. <\/p>\n

Cadet B wins the Girona derby<\/strong><\/p>\n

The team led by Carles Nadal and Oriol Ribas won against CEB Girona after winning 62-45. The score was equal until the third quarter, with small advantages for the locals, until a partial 25 to 2 favorable to CEB Marc Gasol decided the outcome of the match. Biel Espunya and Miquel Vall\u00e8s were out due to injury. <\/p>\n

Key victory for Cadet A
<\/strong> The Girona team won on the SESE court by 59 to 77 in a match in which the Girona team dominated 32-35 at halftime and gradually increased the difference in the score in the second half.  Cadet A was unable to count on Guillem Cuadrado for academic reasons.<\/p>\n

Junior A triumph before the break<\/strong>
The Junior A team defeated the Llu\u00efsos de Gr\u00e0cia in a match in which the score was very close until the third quarter, in which a 12-0 run in favor of the Girona team decided the match. Junior A gradually increased the difference in the score until the final score was 59 to 77. This week, the Girona players are resting as they do not have a League match.<\/p>\n
