The goal is to keep progressing to achieve more ambitious sporting challenges by focusing on the player&#8217;s day-to-day life and growth.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DARRYL MIDDLETON<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The latest addition to the technical organizational chart is a person respected for his professionalism and knowledge of the game, and at the same time, loved for what he meant at different stages in Girona in the <strong>ACB League,<\/strong> the <strong>LEB OR<\/strong> and the <strong>LEB Bronze<\/strong> . <strong>Darryl Middleton<\/strong> (New York, 1966) becomes part of the club&#8217;s first team assistant coach. After a long and distinguished career as a player for Europe&#8217;s elite, <strong>Middleton<\/strong> has developed his career as an assistant coach from 2014 to 2022 at one of the continent&#8217;s biggest teams, <strong>CSKA Moscow<\/strong> , as an assistant by <strong>Dimitris Itoudis<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Darryl Middleton, \u0308 <strong>I am very happy to be back at Fontajau after so many years away, having been at CSKA Moscow for 7 years and in China for 1 year. It&#8217;s great to be back home, to be able to see the fans and to come here as an assistant coach to help the team as much as I can. \u0308<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Middleton, \u0308 <strong>I think my main goal is to help these guys win as many games as possible. We have a young team, but I think we can achieve a lot together and I will do my best to help the boys improve. \u0308<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thus, the incorporation of Middleton adds to the leadership of <strong>Jes\u00fas Escosa and Fernando San Emeterio<\/strong> . <strong>Escosa,<\/strong> one of the club&#8217;s co-founders, heads the area, <strong>San Emeterio<\/strong> joins this season with a long background in high-level professional basketball and has the consideration of the Fontajau stand for his time as a player. Next to him, <strong>Erick Moleiro<\/strong> , who contributes to scouting tasks.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Defined the rest of the coaching staff<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the bench, the club has ensured the continuity of <strong>Fotis Katsikaris<\/strong> at the head of the first team. The Greek represents this desire to add quality and experience for sustainable sports growth.
