Girona basketball experienced a high-voltage morning where both FIATC Girona and SPAR Girona discovered their European roadmap for a historic course where both teams will carry the city&#8217;s name throughout the continent. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>FIATC Girona: Direct group stage to the FIBA \u200b\u200bEurope Cup<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The senior men&#8217;s team has entered the draw for the regular phase of the FIBA \u200b\u200bEurope Cup directly from pot four. After the group configuration, the Girona team has been placed in Group <strong>B.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rivals that will accompany FIATC Girona in this first phase of the continental competition will be <strong>Patrioti Levice<\/strong> , <strong>BC Oostende,<\/strong> <strong>NHSZ-Szolnoki Olajbanyasz,<\/strong> <strong>Zastal<\/strong> <strong>Zielona Gora<\/strong> and <strong>KB Peja\/Dinamo Bucaresti.<\/strong> The teams will face each other in a double-leg league, with the aim of seeking qualification for the next European round in a group phase that will start on October <strong>7<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SPAR Girona: One step away from the regular phase of the EuroLeague Women<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regarding the highest women&#8217;s continental competition, SPAR Girona will directly compete in the final of the single-leg preliminary round next Wednesday, September 30. Spar Girona will face the winner of the semi-final previously contested by <strong>Panathinaikos<\/strong> <strong>AC<\/strong> and <strong>Emlak Konut SK<\/strong> in this decisive final. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If they win this final, SPAR Girona will be part of Group <strong>D<\/strong> of the EuroLeague Women, where they will face <strong>ZVVZ USK Praha<\/strong> , <strong>Tango Bourges Basket<\/strong> and <strong>AZS UMCS Lublin<\/strong> .
