The Girona team beat UCAM Murcia by 84 to 77, while the Basque team achieved a narrow victory over San Pablo Burgos by 97 to 98.    <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"\ud83c\udf99\ufe0f #RDPPr\u00e8via | Moncho Fern\u00e1ndez | Jornada 2\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/yWOaXb0r8wE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A complicated rival<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the match against San Pablo Burgos, AJ Lawson, Duarte and Faried were Baskonia&#8217;s top scorers, with 13 points each, while Baugh distributed 7 assists and finished with a rating of 17.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The precedent from last season at the Buesa Arena is favorable to the Basque team, which won 94 to 81. FIATC Girona will seek to break this dynamic and add a new victory in a demanding scenario against a rival that has also started the season with a victory. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Continue growing<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moncho Fern\u00e1ndez wanted to put his feet on the ground after the victory against UCAM Murcia and stressed that the team remains focused on their next opponent. \u201cWe only think about Baskonia. We are happy, of course. It couldn&#8217;t be any other way because of the victory, but <em>Never too high, never too low<\/em> \u201d, explained the coach, who recalled that the team still has to continue evolving because \u201cwe don&#8217;t yet have all the automaticity we need to develop our game better\u201d.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The coach also highlighted the work done during \u201cthe last whole week before the start of the European competition\u201d.
