Juan Ignacio Marcos (Rosario, 2000) is the second arrival to the Girona Basketball squad for the 2023-24 season. The Italo-Argentine base (190 cm.) comes from FC Barcelona on loan.

After making his debut at Peñarol in the Argentine first division (2015-19), Marcos crossed the Atlantic to join FC Barcelona, ​​where he played two seasons for the Blaugrana club’s subsidiary. The last two seasons he has worn the shirt of ICG Força Lleida de LEB Or as a loanee.
