Ethical Channel

This channel is dedicated exclusively to direct complaints for legal breaches of the organization or its members, under the terms and conditions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report on regulatory and anti-corruption violations.

What are considered regulatory breaches?

Without excluding or limiting intent, they are considered:

  • Frauds and scams
  • Money laundering
  • Tax evasion or avoidance
  • Crimes against intellectual or industrial property
  • Unfair competition
  • Crimes against the market or consumers
  • Internal corruption
  • Irregularities with Social Security or the Tax Agency
  • Breach of data protection regulations
  • Disclosure of business secrets
  • embezzlement
  • Crimes against the environment and public health
  • Violation of workers’ rights

Some of the situations that could be reported in this way are:

  • possible conduct and behavior considered illegal with the performance of work,
  • alleged profitable management of company resources,
  • situations of discrimination or sexual abuse,
  • practices of corruption, theft, fraud, etc.

Who can submit a communication?

Any person from the company and those external persons who are or have been linked or related to it in a work or professional context.

How can I make a communication?

It can be done verbally, in writing or in person by following the steps indicated in the Confidential Complaints Channel form. Communication can also be anonymous.

How will communication be processed?

It will be processed guaranteeing confidentiality and prohibition of reprisals to the reporting person.

What principles assist the reporting person?

The internal information system brings together guarantees of confidentiality, non-retaliation, with respect to independence, data protection, secrecy of communications and the correct practices of monitoring, research and protection of the reporting person.
