New service for purchasing tickets for travel

Básquet Girona makes this new service available to subscribers through a raffle

Básquet Girona will offer an additional service to its subscribers: a raffle to choose to buy tickets in the visiting zone for the trips made by the team, as long as the opponent provides these tickets. The first match where this service will be applied will be against Baxi Manresa, on December 30.

The process will be as follows:

– During the days before the match, the opening of registrations will be announced through the Girona Basketball App and the club’s social networks.

– The deadline to register to qualify for the tickets will also be announced.

– The subscriber can opt for as many tickets as linked cards he has in his account.

– In case of receiving more requests than tickets, these will be distributed through a completely random draw.

– When the draw has taken place, all registered subscribers will receive a notification via the club’s App to check if they have won. It can be checked in the tab “DRAFT RESULT”.

– The winners of the tickets will have 48 hours to pay them. If payment is not made, these will be free.

– Once paid, the subscriber will receive the tickets between 24 and 48 hours before the event via email.

This is a new exclusive service only for members of the club. If a specific match does not appear available in the App, it means that we do not have tickets for that event. 

The price and number of tickets is the responsibility of the local club and Básquet Girona is only an intermediary. Basketball Girona’s intention is that the tickets are always contiguous, but it will depend on the local club. We will make sure that it is so.
