Karamo Jawara (Bergen, 1991) is the third signing of Bàsquet Girona for the 2021/22 season. The Norwegian pivot (203 cm) has an extensive career in European basketball.

After making his debut in the first division of Norway in the ranks of Froya (2009/10), he has played in the NCAA (NC Central, 2011-15), in the highest Romanian and Greek categories (Ciuj-Napoca and Apollon Patras, 2015 -16), in the second Greek division (Doxa Pefkon, 2016-17), in the LEB Silver and LEB Gold (Xuventude Baloncesto and Palma, 2017-18) and in the highest Cypriot competition (Etha, 2018-19). The last two seasons he has played in the LEB Or wearing the jersey of Acunsa GBC and Palmer Alma Mediterránea Palma, where he had already played three seasons before.
