CEB Girona is integrated into Básquet Girona

The two clubs join forces to continue growing basketball together in Girona

CEB Girona is integrated into the club’s structure. The move is mutual between the two clubs with the aim of taking Girona basketball higher. Both entities believe that this agreement will give more opportunities to players in the demarcation, boost Girona basketball and lay the social and professional foundations of an initiative made in Girona and for Girona. 

The transition will allow the club to grow socially in the city, with the addition of more teams and the Ramon Sitjà pavilion, in an emerging era of the project. He will also feed the Básquet Girona label with new points of view with experience and criteria in the field of this sport to continue growing the club’s methodology with the rigor that has always characterized it.

The sporting success of the senior team, with most of the members coming from the training categories, has made visible the tireless and qualitative work of the entire technical structure in these nine years of life. This heritage will have continuity in the club with the main objective of strengthening basketball in the territory.
