Quim Costa will continue to direct the senior

It will be the second season of the coach from Badalona in charge of the first team, now at LEB Plata

Quim Costa will continue to be the senior coach of Bàsquet Girona next season, in LEB Plata. The 60-year-old from Badalona took over the reins of the first team last summer and led it to third place in the CA group of the EBA League (17-9). In Fontajau, he only lost one of the thirteen games he played there.  

-The technician’s evaluations:

“On a personal level, I’m very happy. We started a relationship with Bàsquet Girona last year and I think that, throughout the year, we consolidated it. At the moment, we have formed a very committed and involved work team and I hope that this next season will continue to be like this.”

“The lineup will be a continuation of last year and, if possible, an improvement. We will try to sign the best players possible.”
