Fotis Katsikaris made his debut as the new coach of Basketball Girona in the press room, before the first training session. In his presentation as head coach of the team, Katsikaris wanted to highlight the excitement and desire to start with this new challenge.

The Greek coach seeks to look forward with positivity and put aside the bad dynamics of results that drags the team with a convincing and energetic speech. The new coach has commented that as a group and individually there are things that need to be improved but that it is a team with very good habits that will make them stronger.

Katsikaris is a coach who likes dynamic play, fast but unhurried play. ”We have to be smart, take advantage of the advantages, the spaces and highlight the virtues of each player”.
