Basketball Girona lost against Tenerife as a visitor. The insular group started by dominating the scoreboard in the first period being very energetic in both hoops (19-9). In the second half, it was tied (23-21) and closed with a local triple that extended the distance that was maintained (42-30). In the first minutes of the restart, Tenerife managed to extend its lead to seventeen points, in a more defensive period, but the Girona team managed to reduce the differences in the final stretch, reaching below ten points ( 74-60).
