  • Do I have to bring the printed ticket?

    Not necessarily, you can enter the pavilion by showing the entrance, in digital format, through the mobile phone.

  • Do children under the age of 3 have to have a ticket to access the pavilion?

    Yes, they can get it for free at the box office in the pavilion.

  • How do I find my seat?

    You can consult the website map or information inside the pavilion, each block is marked with its corresponding pivot. You can also ask the club staff.

  • Is there any space reserved for people with reduced mobility?

    Yes, inside the pavilion there are places reserved exclusively for people with reduced mobility.

  • How can I buy tickets for reduced mobility?

    To purchase these tickets, you must contact us via email: basquetgirona@basquetgirona.com

  • Where can I access the sports complex with reduced mobility?

    You can access the sports complex in two ways:

    • If you have a general ticket, or a pass, you can access through the general entrances of the Fontajau pavilion
    • If you have a Row 0 ticket, you must notify us in advance, and you will be able to access through the lower entrance of the box office

  • Is there a reserved parking space for people with reduced mobility?

    If you have the card indicating reduced mobility for vehicles, you will be able to access the reserved parking lot of the Fontajau pavilion, in the exclusive area for reduced mobility.

  • If I have reduced mobility, can I come with a companion?

    Yes, but you will have to inform the club that you want to come accompanied by e-mail basquetgirona@basquetgirona.com.
