The start of the third quarter was positive for the home team, who managed to reduce their lead. The lack of accuracy from the three-point line and in the free throws affected Girona, who finished the third quarter with a difference of twenty-four points (48-72).

The last quarter followed the same dynamics as the rest of the match, Leyma Coruña without pressure for the advantage in the scoreboard, made the difference in the match from the outside line. Despite the result, the fans did not fail and the team fought until the end (81-98).
