Spar Girona, in group E of the EuroLeague Women

Spar Girona has already defined its rivals and the path that awaits it in the second leg of the EuroLeague Women , the key phase that will give access to the Final Six in Zaragoza. The team led by Roberto Íñiguez will face this stage with a 5-1 record.

In this new league, the Girona team will face three rivals that have not yet appeared on the European path this season: the Italian Famila Schio, the French Flammes Carolo and the Turkish Galatasaray. The group is completed by Bourges and Praga, teams against which Spar Girona has already competed in the first phase.

The schedule will start on December 10 in Fontajau, with the visit of Schio. The second test will arrive just before Christmas, on December 17 at the Carolo court. After the festive break, the competition will return on January 14, also in Girona, with one of the most anticipated matches: Spar Girona – Galatasaray, a direct duel between the top two.

The second round will begin on January 21 at the Schio court. Later, on January 28, Carolo will visit Fontajau in the last European home match of this phase. The road will close on February 4, with a visit to Istanbul to face Galatasaray, the current undefeated leader.
