Cameron Hildreth (Worthing, 18/09/2002) is a new player for Bàsquet Girona until the end of the season. The 1.95-meter-tall winger arrives from the Noblesville Boom, a subsidiary team of the Indiana Pacers that plays in the G League.

Hildreth has developed his career in the English league, at the Surrey Scorchers, in the 2020/21 season, before signing for Wake Forest University (Wake Forest Demon Deacons) of the NCAA, where he has played from the 2021/22 season to the 2024/25 season.

In his last season in the NCAA, in which he played 30 games, he averaged 14.8 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game. This season, in the G League, he has played 35 games with averages of 13.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and 3.4 assists. The player also participated in the Adidas Next Generation Tournament in the 2019/20 season and has been international with the England U16 and U18 teams.

Statements from Fernando San Emeterio, sports director: “After Maxi’s injury, we felt we needed to strengthen the team’s outside play. Cameron is a very versatile player: he has played as a 3 and a 2, and even this season he has played as a 1 for his team due to the injuries they have had. He has a good ability to play in transition, as well as to finish inside the paint and, from there, assist his teammates. We believe he brings good defensive intensity and an energy that will fit very well with our philosophy, and that is why we decided to incorporate him.”
