Spar Girona will face the winner of the semi-final previously contested by Panathinaikos AC and Emlak Konut SK in this decisive final.

If they win this final, SPAR Girona will be part of Group D of the EuroLeague Women, where they will face ZVVZ USK Praha , Tango Bourges Basket and AZS UMCS Lublin .
