Statements from Fernando San Emeterio, sports director:

“Stanley is a player with a lot of experience in Europe. He has played in different leagues, in addition to competing in European competitions, something that can especially help us this year. Last year, with Petkim, he played in the FIBA Europe Cup, in addition to the Turkish league. He is a very complete player on both sides of the court and we believe that he fits very well in our style of play and in our identity. In defense, he presses the ball very well, is very active, plays with a lot of intensity and knows how to transmit it. I think he can defend up to two positions. Despite his size, he is big on the court and is very strong, so we are convinced that he will help us a lot. In attack, he is a very complete player, who looks for what the team needs at all times. He is capable of scoring, he can do it from the three-point line with good percentages and has a good mid-range shot, but he is also capable of generating for others when the team needs it. We believe that he fits perfectly in our identity and in our style of play.”
