    You can buy your tickets for the VIP Area through our website by selecting the event in question and choosing the seats corresponding to the Row 0 area (trackside seats).

    Yes, there is no minimum age to enter the VIP Area.

  • Do I have to follow a dress code to access the VIP Area?

    No, there is no dress code.

  • From what time can I arrive?

    We recommend arriving in advance. Access to the sports complex, car park and VIP Room is open from one hour before the start of the event until one hour after.

  • If I have purchased a VIP Area ticket, is it necessary to print the ticket, access map and parking accreditation?

    No, all documents are ready to be read digitally through mobile devices.

  • How can I have the corresponding invoice for a purchase in the VIP Area?

    If you have bought a ticket for a match, you will be able to dispose of it through the same purchase platform once the payment has been made.

    If you took a photo during the match, you will receive it via email between 48 and 72 hours after the event.

    If you have been invited by a company or individual, the photograph will be received by the owner of the localities who will be responsible for managing them.

  • If I haven't received the photo I took during the game, where can I request it?

  • If I bought a ticket to the VIP Area online, is it normal that I have not received the access map and parking accreditation?

    During the week of the event, the club will contact you via email to provide the corresponding parking map and accreditation.
