On the day of the official presentation of this year's club teams, the senior gets rid of Aracena AEC Collblanc (82-72) and links the fourth victory in the CA group of EBA

Round day, the one that was experienced this afternoon in Fontajau. The Girona Básquet senior has consolidated the positive dynamic, obtaining the fourth consecutive victory against Aracena AEC Collblanc (82-72). And he did it on the day when the best start of the season was recorded, coinciding with the official presentation of the club’s teams. Quim Costa’s team remains second (8-3), close to Vive El Masnou Basketball, who also won yesterday (9-2).

Just like last week, the Girona team came out very focused and intense, and this allowed them to acquire the initiative from the start. The defense and control of the rebound has helped them to print a lively rhythm, which has propelled it on the scoreboard (32-16, 13′). The rival, with Ávila as the main argument (13 points at half-time), managed to appease the local verticality and reach half-time having corrected part of the deficit (44-34). In this second half, junior Eduard Ramos made his debut, who had already entered the call-up last week against Roser due to the injuries of Jaime Llano and Raimon Carrasco. The Barcelona team, with more success from outside, came within five points midway through the third quarter (51-46), but Básquet Girona always knew how to keep the initiative supported by triples and open field play .  

Next weekend there is no day at EBA. The next senior game will be on Saturday 16 December at the Tarragona Basketball Club court (6:30 p.m.).
