Aíto García Reneses gives a clinic for all the base coaches

About seventy coaches have attended the class given by the first team coach on the occasion of the start of the competitions

One of the maxims of Basketball Girona is the methodology and its monitoring by all its teams. Jordi Sargatal is in charge of the proper functioning of this methodology.

With the start of the competitions on the horizon, the coach of the first team, Aíto García Reneses, has given a clinic for all the coaches of Basketball Girona.

The Madrid coach has an extensive career at state benches with a European route. In the 2013-14 season, he played over a thousand games as a coach in the ACB (1,077 in total). During his long journey he has coached at FC Barcelona (14 seasons), Club Joventut de Badalona (7), Club Baloncesto Málaga (3), Club Baloncesto Sevilla (2) and Club Baloncesto Gran Canaria (2).

With the expansion of several teams and the synergy created with all women’s base basketball, under the name Básquet Girona Uni Laia Palau, the club currently has 34 federated teams and more than 70 coaches.
