The new collection, by PUMA, aims to strengthen proximity with fans and highlight the Girona essence of basketball.

Bàsquet Girona today presented the first kits for the 2025-26 season under the slogan “Two teams, one skin” , a concept that symbolizes the union between the two clubs and their fans.
As the main novelty, this season there will be two home kits : The red one, which will be the home kit of Bàsquet Girona and, at the same time, the away kit of Spar Girona; the black one, which will be the home kit of Spar Girona and the home kit of Bàsquet Girona.
The design of the shirts responds to the desire to connect even more with the fans and transmit the essence of Girona basketball , enhancing the shared identity of the two teams. The main colors evoke the history of each club: the red of Bàsquet Girona and the black of Uni Girona. The kits incorporate gradient bars at the bottom, which symbolize the Catalan flag and the city of Girona , while the side bars provide contrast and reinforce the essence of the design.
The presentation took place at the Cala Pedrosa viewpoint, on the Camí de Ronda in S’Agaró , in an event that was attended by players such as Ainhoa López and Máximo Fjellerup , as well as the club’s CEO, Stefi Batlle , and the mayor of Castell d’Aro, Platja d’Aro and S’Agaró, Maurici Jiménez .
“Platja d’Aro’s relationship with sport is very important in all disciplines. The link with Bàsquet Girona and Spar Girona is not new, but has been going on for many years, built on trust and a shared brand vision. The Platja d’Aro tournament represents bringing a first-class sporting value to our home and strengthening two brands that today walk together in a single club. It is an opportune moment to close the tourist season with this event, and doing it hand in hand with Bàsquet Girona is perfect”, he assessed Mauricio Jimenez, Mayor of Castell d’Aro, Platja d’Aro and S’agaró”.
The event served to underline the importance of maintaining the identity of the two clubs also through the new kits. “We are very happy to be able to present the new kits in such a special environment as this. Regarding the design, the main idea was to maintain the identity that both clubs already had: remaining faithful to the colors, preserving the symbolism of the bars and adding some differentiating element that reinforces our essence”, highlighted Stefi Batlle , CEO of the club.
Regarding the agreement with PUMA, this is the second season that the sports brand has dressed Bàsquet Girona and the first with Spar Girona, consolidating a relationship that aims to bring Girona’s personality to the merchandising line and make it available to all fans.
The first kit is now available in the club’s online store, in the official Fontajau store and also at the stand on match days.
