Real Betis Baloncesto and Basketball Girona will meet on Sunday for the first time in history in the match corresponding to matchday 5 of the Liga Endesa ACB.

The Béticos have started the season with a balance of three defeats, against Valencia Basket, Surne Bilbao Basket and Carplus Fuenlabrada, and only one victory, achieved at home against Baxi Manresa. Right now they are in position number 14 in the table.

Básquet Girona has not yet been able to celebrate a single victory in the league so far. The Reds have four defeats: against Real Madrid and Unicaja Málaga in Fontajau and against Lenovo Tenerife and Monubus Obradoiro at home.
