Davis Rozitis, the fifth reinforcement of Basketball Girona 2020/21

The pivot has proven experience in the LEB Or

Davis Rozitis (Cesis, 1990) is the eighth player in the squad to debut in the LEB Or. The Latvian, who has a solid track record in the category (87 games), has experience both in the American college league (NCAA) and in the first division of his country.

After standing out in the Latvian second division, Rozitis played at the University of Southern California (09/10) and at the University of Hawaii (10-14). Back in his country, and already in the highest category, he did it at Valmeira (14-16), Liepaja, Barons (16/17) and VEF Riga (17/18), before incorporating- at Força Lleida (17/18) and later at Club Ourense Baloncesto (17-19) of the LEB Or. The player arrives in Girona from the San Sebastián Gipuzkoa Basket Club.

Rozitis has been, since his arrival in the league in November 2017, one of the referential pivots of the category.
