Girona Basketball did not have a good start to the match, in which the opponent team’s success with two three-pointers caused a 0-12 half. The team, which was not very successful, was unable to turn the advantage on the scoreboard, arriving with a difference of 19 points (12-31). The second quarter began with Girona Basketball being more successful, in which it managed to reduce the distance on the scoreboard. The fans were very vibrant, supporting the team at all times. A good half by the Girona team resulted in going into the break with a disadvantage of eight points (36-44).

the start of the third quarter was frantic, in which the hits of our captain Sergi Martínez reduced the distance on the scoreboard to just three points (52-55).
