This Tuesday FIATC and Básquet Girona organized a new session of the “Emotion in Action” program, this time with the boys and girls of the base. The activity is intended to promote mental and emotional health among young people in the city of Girona and its surroundings.

First of all the boys and girls from the base were able to talk to Gabe and Miquel, and they were asked questions related to how they feel being part of the first team of Básquet Girona, then they continued with a workshop on the emotional health in sport.

The workshop ended with the raffle of a Basketball Girona shirt signed by the players of the first team, and FIATC wristbands were distributed among the participants.
