FIRST TEAM PLAYERS CARRY OUT A PODIATRY SESSION WITH THE IKNOS CLINIC

The first team of Basketball Girona has carried out a podiatry session led by Dra. Idoia Pascalet from CLINIC IKNOS. The test consisted of a complete biomechanical and podiatry evaluation. During the visit, various scans were carried out to ensure the health and optimal performance of the players.

The session has been divided into three main parts. In the first, ranges of motion, muscle strength and other parameters were assessed to identify possible imbalances or latent injuries. In the second, the static scan has been carried out through a technology that allows to determine any anomalous weight distribution or imbalance that could affect your posture or performance. Finally, the dynamic scan was carried out with the help of the Motiphysio machinery, which facilitated the detection of movement patterns that may predispose to injury or compromise your sporting performance.
