Bàsquet Girona celebrates the BeGreat Day

Bàsquet Girona experienced a special day during the match against Dreamland Gran Canaria with the celebration of the BeGreat Day, reaffirming the club’s commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.

During this celebration, a series of solidarity and awareness-raising actions were carried out:

1. Collection points were installed together with Ecosol to give a second life to clothing items
2. The Fan Zone offered activities in a festive and sustainable atmosphere, with a gift from Yo Soy for fans who came by bicycle.
3. Solidarity organizations and club partners were invited to the Llotja de Fontajau, who participated in the initiative.
4. The half enjoyed the performance of 40 representatives from civic centers and senior centers , highlighting the importance of aging and health.
5. Fourth home game that we enjoyed with the “Reporter for a Day” promoted by Eurofirms, a program committed to social inclusion.

Volunteering is key to the success of each party. These tasks are part of the agreement with the University of Girona, which promotes solidarity, teamwork and student training.
