GIRONA BASKETBALL CONFIRMS THE TECHNICAL TEAMS OF THE MEN'S AND WOMEN'S FIRST TEAMS FOR THE 2025/26 SEASON

Bàsquet Girona has defined the structure of the technical teams that will lead its first two teams —the men’s and women’s— during the 2025-2026 season, with a consolidated team and new additions that strengthen the club’s sports project.
Girona Basketball Men’s First Team
Moncho Fernández will continue to lead the men’s first team as head coach, accompanied by Miquel Fuentes, Albert Sàbat and Roger Dehesa as assistant coaches. The continuity of the coaching staff guarantees stability and coherence in the line of work of the sports project.
Regarding the medical and physical training area, Doctor Dídac Masvidal will continue to lead the medical area as the first team doctor. Guillem Ferrer, in his second season, will continue as physical trainer, and Marina Agustí will maintain her role as physiotherapy assistant.
Among the new features, the arrival of Adrià Rivas as the new main physiotherapist of the first team stands out. Pau Robert is also joining, who, after a career in the club’s youth basketball, assumes the role of team manager, strengthening the connection between the youth and the professional team. Finally, all that is missing is the incorporation of Fran Camba as analyst, who will complete the team’s technical structure.
First women’s team – Spar Girona
Regarding the women’s team, Spar Girona is also committed to continuity and experience. Roberto Íñiguez will continue as head coach, with Jordi Sargatal and Laia Palau as assistant coaches, forming a high-level coaching staff with great experience in elite competition.
The medical area will be headed by Dr. Eva Palau. Anna Jòdar will continue as the team’s physical trainer, while Pau Osorio will repeat one more season as the Girona team’s physiotherapist. Bru Rovira will maintain his position as team manager and, finally, Dani Vidal joins as an analyst.
With these technical structures, Bàsquet Girona is committed to the consolidation of the sports project and the continuity of the values that have made the entity grow in recent years.
