GIRONA FIBRA AND BÀSQUET GIRONA RENEW THEIR SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT FOR TWO SEASONS

The telecommunications operator and the Girona club share the same vision for digital innovation and sustainability

Girona Fibra and Bàsquet Girona will continue to work together for two more seasons. The telecommunications operator will be the strategic partner to ensure connectivity during matches in Fontajau. Both entities have the vocation of configuring all the wifi points in the pavilion, so that season ticket holders and fans of the club can enjoy a more digital experience at the first team’s home matches. Girona Fibra and Bàsquet Girona share the same vision for digital innovation and sustainability.

Stefi Batlle, CEO of Básquet Girona, evaluates the new agreement very positively: “The renewal of the agreement with Girona Fibra allows us to take a leap forward in the desire we have as a Club to improve the immersive match experience in Fontajau thanks to its seal of quality and knowledge.”

With the new agreement, Girona Fibra will have visibility in the press room as well as in the warm-up sleeve of the first team. With the continuity of the relationship, the Girona company takes another step in its support for the club.
