Spar Girona players have played a prominent role with their national teams during the last FIBA ​​break, with outstanding participation in different international competitions.

Arica Carter was proclaimed runner-up of the FIBA ​​3×3 Champions Cup 2026 held in Thailand. The point guard was one of the important pieces of the team, which starred in one of the surprises of the tournament by overcoming the United States in the semifinals by 20 to 22. In the final, the team lost to Canada by 16 to 10, thus closing a great performance with the silver medal.

Meanwhile, Chloe Bibby qualified for the 2026 World Cup with Australia after completing an impeccable Qualifiers. The Australian team closed the phase with a string of victories, beating Argentina (65-91), Japan (81-71), Hungary (71-58), Turkey (74-77) and Canada (82-76), finishing in first place in Group A with a record of five wins and no losses.
