György Golomán, new player for Basketball Girona

The Hungarian player arrives as a reinforcement in the paint

György  Golomán  (Körmend, Hungary, 1996) is the eighth reinforcement of Basketball Girona for the 2023-24 season. With the possibility of occupying the position of pivot winger and pivot, the new signing, of 210 cm, arrives from the  Lietkabelis  Lithuanian

Golomán  began his professional career in Hungary and quickly became part of  from UCLA  Bruins  for 4 seasons, in the NCAA,  Until  the 17-18 The following season he played in the G-League  and subsequently gained experience in Japan, Belgium, Hungary and Lithuania, where he also competed in the Eurocup.

The Hungarian is the eighth signing for the team that will be led by Salva Camps. It adds to the continuity of Jaume Sorolla, Èric Vila and Max Fjellerup and arrivals from Stefan Đorđević, John Marcus, Ike Iroegbu, Markel Brown,  Yves  Pons, Sergi Martínez i  Mindaugas  Sushinskas. Quino  Colom had a valid contract with the club.
