Joint work session of Girona Basketball coaches

The coaching staff of the first team has exposed to the coaches of the base teams different examples with which the pillars of the club's game work

This morning, the technical team of the first team completed a day of joint work with the coaches of the club’s base. The dynamic has two parts. In the first, both offensive and defensive methodological activities of the pillars of Girona Basketball have been taught. In the second, it was explained how these pillars are worked on at a statistical level and how this forms part of the analysis of the parties.
