MAXI FJELLERUP MAKE HIS RENEWAL IN FONTAJAU

Basketball Girona has reached a renewal agreement with Máximo Hugo Fjellerup (Tres Arroyos, Argentina, 1997).

Fjellerup arrived in Girona in January 2022, coming from Palma’s Palmer Ànima Mediterrània, to strengthen the team in its last season in LEB Or. The 2022-23 season was his debut in the top Spanish competition, playing 33 games with an average of 17 minutes, achieving 7.3 points and 3 rebounds per game.

This season he played in 26 games with an average of 12 minutes per game scoring 4.7 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.3 assists.

Fjellerup, made his debut as a component of the Argentina absolute selection in 2017, although he had already been international in the U-17 and U-19 selections.
