Basketball Girona will return to work in the second week of August

The first team of Bàsquet Girona will return to work in August, ready to face what will be the Club’s third season in the ACB. The pre-season will begin with medical check-ups, carried out by doctors Dídac Masvidal and Jordi Sitjà, from August 9 to 14 at the Fontajau pavilion.

Fotis Katsikaris has scheduled the first group training for Thursday, August 15 in the morning. From this date, the players will begin the work routine to prepare the pre-season, of which the Club will give more details soon. The premiere of the ACB League will be the weekend of September 28 and 29. It remains to be seen whether the team will start its first game in Fontajau or away from home. The ACB plans to announce the schedule next week.
