Marc Gasol has explained the main lines of the project

Marc Gasol held a meeting with Girona’s media, in which he explained the club’s project in detail, this year reinforced by the creation of a senior team that will participate next season in the EBA League. The president stressed that it was a good time to take this step after weaving a solid structure at the base in the last three years.  

He confirmed the arrival of Quim Costa as coach of the first team and Àlex Formento as the new sports director. The two of them are in charge of making the squad which, for the most part, will be made up of young players, aged between 18 and 23.
