Básquet Girona promotes English in the region of Selva

This Tuesday, March 10, Menno Dijkstra, Robert Cosialls and Herbert Graham visited the Esteve Carles school in Lloret de Mar as part of the ‘Basketball Girona Mindset Program’ activity. The children have interacted with the players in English, giving way to funny anecdotes such as Robert’s continuous question about food, the photo comparing the height with Menno or the children’s surprise when they heard that Herbert comes from Miami ( USA).

Then, promoting sport, they shared some sporting activities with the boys and girls. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed a morning of learning and sport, culminating in a joint photo with the shout of “Bàsquet Girona!”.

To thank the Esteve Carles school for its attentive and kind treatment and for opening the doors to this type of activity. It is the first time that the club has carried out the activity outside the region of Gironès.
