Born in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1999, Sibande is a 192 cm player. and his last team was Merkezefendi of the Turkish first division, he joins Bàsquet Girona to provide versatility, a winning mentality and will help us in the defense of foreign players.

During his time at the University he played with Miami Redhawks for 3 seasons, in his last, 2019/20, he achieved 13.9 points, 5.9 rebounds and 1.7 assists. In the 2021/2022 and 2022/23 seasons he played for the University of Pittsburgh Panthers where he averaged 8.4 points, 4.1 rebounds and 1.2 assists.

His career has also taken place in Europe, this last season he was part of Kataja Basket of the Finnish league, Maroussi of the Greek league and Merkezefendi of the Turkish league.

With Kataja Basket he played in the Fiba Europe Cup where he played 8 games achieving 20.13 points, 5.5 rebounds and 2.75 assists with a 41% three-point shooting. His numbers in Turkey have been in 12 games, 14.7 points, 4 rebounds and 1.3 assists in the league with 34.7% in triples.
