The Girona Básquet senior could not put an end to his streak away from home this afternoon and fell on the court of Arenys Básquet Joventut (71-50), in a game in which he trailed the rival from from the beginning and has always been far from victory. The team led by Quim Costa, which for the first time in the whole season linked two defeats, maintains the third position in the CA group of the EBA League, now with a 13-7 record.

The local outing was full of intensity and success, and took the Girona players by surprise. So much so that, at the end of the first quarter, the gap was large (21-2, 8′). Conditioned by this part, the team tried to react, but it was impossible for them to reduce the differences because the locals were plentiful from the triple and had no control over the rebound (39-19, 15′). In fact, by half-time, he hadn’t captured a single one on offense.
