Otis Antoine Livingston II (Linden, New Jersey; 12/10/1996) is a new player for Bàsquet Girona for the upcoming season. The 1.81-meter-tall point guard comes from Galatasaray, where he played in the Turkish league and the Basketball Champions League (BCL).

Livingston II began his career at Linden High School in his hometown before transferring to George Mason University in Fairfax County, Virginia in 2015. There, he played four seasons in the NCAA with the George Mason Patriots (2015–2019). In his final college season, he averaged 12.9 points, 2.3 rebounds and 4 assists per game, shooting 87% from the free throw line and 39% from the field.

After his university days, he began his professional career in Europe with Horsens IC in the Danish league. He later signed for Mladost MaxBet in the Serbian league, where he played in the play-offs and the ABA 2 league. He began the 2022/23 season with the Crailsheim Merlins, with whom he played in the FIBA Europe Cup, and finished it with Medi Bayreuth, both teams in the German league.

The season before his arrival in Turkey, he played for Würzburg, also in the German league, where he averaged 20.5 points, 2.9 rebounds and 5.4 assists per game, with 88% free throws and 45.1% three-pointers, playing 31.6 minutes per game. During the playoffs, he raised his performance to 22 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists in 28 minutes per game.

In his last season before joining Bàsquet Girona, with Galatasaray, he averaged 15.2 points, 2.1 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game, with 93.8% free throws and 42.7% three-pointers, playing 28.7 minutes per game. He also participated in the Basketball Champions League (BCL), where he scored 12.2 points, 2 rebounds and 4.6 assists in an average of 27.3 minutes during the 11 games played.

Statements from Fernando San Emeterio, sports director: “He will be a very important player for us, not only in the scoring aspect – which, without a doubt, he has, with very good percentages from the three-point line and with a lot of volume -, but he is also capable of scoring from mid-range, of generating his own shots, and we have highly valued his ability to generate play for others and to play at a high pace in transition. In defense he is also an intelligent player, who can pressure the ball. He can contribute to us in both positions, both as a point guard and as a guard. Therefore, he is a complete player who brings us things that we need to the team. In addition, we must highlight his willingness to come to the ACB League and, specifically, to Bàsquet Girona. This is the most important thing in being able to incorporate him.”
