The senior is playing again forty-eight hours after the victory against Torrons Vicens CB L'Hospitalet

The demands of the calendar have left almost no time to celebrate the first official victory of the course. Two days after beating Hospitalet, the senior team will play the second match of the preliminary phase of the Catalan League LEB at the ICG Força Lleida track. The men trained by Àlex Formento will not only try to reach the final phase of the Catalan competition but will do so with the added challenge of achieving it after having played a match two days earlier.

This season, the team from Lleida will be the only Catalan representative in the LEB Or and will once again be led by Jorge Serna. The bulk of last season’s squad has remained, with Miquel Feliu and Ablaye Mbaye as captains. On the other hand, two Americans (Mike Carey and Steven Santa Ana Jr) and two Catalans (Agustí Sans and Marc Martí) have been added to the equation to add interior play and exterior ability. In the first match of the preliminary phase of the Catalan League LEB, the men coached by Jorge Serna fell in the last possession of the game after a very competitive match against Torrons Vicens CB L’Hospitalet.

For the match against Básquet Girona, Serna will not be able to use Agustí Sans but, on the other hand, he will be able to use Steven Santa Ana Jr, who could not be at l’Hospitalet.
