Seventh place in the Farners Tournament

Cadet B finished in seventh place in the 3rd Farners Tournament after winning 63-51 against CB Cornellà. The Girona players have made a good start that has put them 23-14 at the end of the first quarter. Cornellà, however, closed the gap in the second quarter with a greater intensity in the game that left the score 36-30 at the break.

The third quarter followed the same dynamic as the second and this allowed Cornellà to take a 51-49 lead. In the last period, the people from Girona have been more successful and have achieved the final triumph that serves them to close the tournament with two wins and three defeats. Gerard Portas and Biel Espunya have not been able to play any minutes due to injury.

FC Barcelona was the champion of the tournament in the final played against Real Madrid. The rest of the teams in order of classification were as follows: UBSA, M. Estudantes, CAI Saragossa, Catalana Occident Manresa, CEB Marc Gasol, CB Cornellà, CB Hospitalet, CB Calella, CEB Girona and CB Farners.
