The MVP of the LF Endesa will continue in Girona

Girona Basketball has closed the renewal of Chloe Bibby for the Spar Girona team. The Australian power forward, 27 years old and 185 cm, will continue to be part of the women’s first team and will thus continue her second consecutive season since arriving in Fontajau in the summer of 2024.

In her first season with Spar Girona, Bibby has been a key player in the team’s scheme and one of the great offensive references of the LF Endesa. She was chosen MVP of the league after averaging 17.8 points, 4.9 rebounds and a 19.2 rating , with a success rate of 52% on two-point shots, 45.4% on three-pointers and 82.8% from the free throw line. In the EuroCup Women, she also shone with 17.1 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists and a rating of 18.7 per game .

Bibby’s excellent season with the Girona team has continued this summer. She made her WNBA debut with the Golden State Valkyries and, after being released, signed with the Indiana Fever until the end of the season. With the Australian national team, she was proclaimed champion of the FIBA ​​Women’s Asia Cup 2025 , consolidating herself as one of the most outstanding players on the international scene.

With Bibby’s renewal, Bàsquet Girona ensures the continuity of a key player in the sports project for the 2025–26 season. The Australian becomes the seventh player confirmed for the Spar Girona squad.
