The "4 RIVERS" club is born, the new Girona Basketball club

September 18, 2020 will be remembered in Girona Basketball history as the day the club’s first official support was founded. The rock “4 Rivers” has been presented in a modest event with a representative group of the members who will be part of it at Restaurant Münich, its social headquarters.

The “4 Rivers” wall represents the evolution of the Animation Stand as another step in the social path of the club, as it also symbolized the return of the Engaviats at the beginning of the year. Both groups will follow their route independently but with a common goal: to feed the social fabric of Basketball Girona.

On the one hand, the “4 Rivers” club will encourage active participation in the events held by the club and will promote the Münich Restaurant as a common stage to experience the team’s matches as a visitor. On the other hand, the Cheering Stand will continue to be an inclusive and familiar meeting point for all those fans who want to support the team in the games in Fontajau.
