The complete calendar of the first phase in LEB Or

The team already knows the path of the first part of the season

The Spanish Basketball Federation held this morning the draw for the calendar of the first phase of the LEB Or 2020-21, from October 16 to March 5. The debut in the category will be held in Fontajau next Sunday, October 18 at 6:00 p.m. The team will play home games on Sundays at 6pm. The first phase will conclude on March 5 against ICG Força Lleida at the Barris Nord pavilion.  

During the first round, the team from Girona will visit the tracks of Palmer Alma Mediterránea Palma, Levitec Huesca, Covirán Granada and ZTE Real Canoe NC while in the second leg of the first phase they will travel to Alicante, Castelló, Almansa, Murcia and Lleida.

Carles Marco’s assessment:

“All the opponents will be difficult. I value that in the first round we play five games in Fontajau and in the second there will be four. We must try to prepare as best as possible to start in Fontajau with a good game and try to add the first victory.”

“The group is difficult. The LEB Or, if it has been characterized by something, it has been because there have been many teams that you did not think would play the way they have played or win the games they have won. Beyond the more sets or less historic, there are also some in our group who have been in the Endesa League, who are strong candidates for promotion. Both groups have very good squads and now we have to see who will be the best teams.”

“What we have to try is to be a team, to face this phase and all the games we have until the end of the season.”
