The start of pre-season, in Fontajau

Girona Basketball has already defined its pre-season, which will include the presentation of the team on August 25, against Rasta Vechta, in front of its fans

The key dates for the start of the 2023-24 Girona Basketball season have already been set. The arrival of the players and the medical checks will take place during the week of August 7 to 13 , with the exception of those who are concentrated with their selection. 

The team led by Salva Camps will begin training on August 14 , and the first pre-season friendly will be played on Friday 25 in Fontajau, at 7:30 p.m. The rival in the presentation to the fans will be the German Rasta Vechta. In the coming days the club will announce the ticketing procedure for the match, in which season ticket holders for the 2023-24 season will have preferential access.

The following dates, with some schedules still to be defined, will be:

2/09 vs Joventut de Badalona – Tournament Sant Julià de Vilatorta (St. Julià de Vilatorta)

7/09 vs Morabanc Andorra – 8.30 p.m. – Preliminary Catalan League (Andorra)

10/09 vs Lenovo Tenerife (Borges Blanques) *In case of defeat in the previous Catalan League

11/09 vs FC Barcelona – 8.30 p.m. – Catalan League (Lleida) *In case of victory in the previous Catalan League

12/09 – Catalan League Final/ 3rd place Catalan League (Lleida) *In case of victory in the previous Catalan League

18/09 vs Baxi Manresa (Jump)
