Towards the final

The team wins at the ICG Força Lleida and will play a promotion final to the ACB in Fontajau (68-77)

Bàsquet Girona won against ICG Força Lleida (68-77) and qualified for the final tomorrow, Sunday, against Movistar Estudiantes in Fontajau. The team and the fans have taken a step forward with a pavilion filled to the brim and dyed red.

The match started with an exchange of points; an initial triple by Txemi Urtasun and the first basket by Karamo Jawara in the inside game (2-5). Josep Franch and Urtasun increased the difference in the first minutes with a good counterattack game (2-10). Shaquille, in the low post, has reduced distances with a left-hander (4-12). Kaspars Vecvagars and Franh have made Fontajau jump with two triples to place a wide Girona lead (4-22). A 7-4 partial win in favor of Lleida left the final result of the first quarter (11-26).

The beginning of the second period was with inaccuracies on the part of both sets; in two minutes the marker of the quarter has not moved.
