YVES PONS INTO THE OPERATING ROOM TO RESOLVE ANKLE DISCOMFORT

Bàsquet Girona reports that player Yves Pons will undergo left ankle arthroscopy tomorrow.

Despite efforts to return to training over the last two months, the player’s feelings have not improved and the ankle discomfort persists. Given this situation, the medical services have agreed, in consensus with the player, to perform surgery to resolve the injury.

This decision was made after exploring several conservative treatment options without obtaining the expected results. The aim of the intervention is to resolve the pain that has prevented Yves Pons from returning to the team normally.
