Howard is a player with a lot of experience in the French league with teams such as Gravelines, Hyères-Toulon, Limoges and LDLC Asvel. In the latter two, he played two seasons in the Eurocup and two in the Euroleague, respectively.
During his time in the United States he played in the G-League with the Salt Lake City Stars and with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers (subsidiary team of the Houston Rockets, where he made his NBA debut).
